Truely awful experience
Truely aweful experience. 1. Closed account, kept billing us. 2. Restricted access, our server was regularly down making it impossible to run businesss. 3. Countless email issues. The above is a brief account and three reasons to swerve Heart. I’ve wasted countless hours in their ticketing system. Don’t bother calling them as they likely won’t discuss anything without going through their ticketing system first. Expect the worst customer service you have ever received before….then times that by 100….then you are halfway there. Presently seeking legal advice with my bank about payments taken without our consent.
