First..I had a hard time understanding…
First..I had a hard time understanding the customer service rep. Secondly..I was eventually told that my phone # was not correct, amazingly my phone # has not changed! Its been the same for years! Then I'm to call customer service to help me and I WAS talking to the customer service #!! So frustrating! So end of story, I didnt have any progress on my 3rd try & gave up. Woe is me!!
