They are OK....
Pros: they give good rates and the reservation process was easy and smooth. Cons: we requested for an early check in if at least one of our rented condos were available because our flight would arrive at 10 AM. I even called the day before. However, they did not inform the resort about our request. As a result, even though our condos were ready, the resort did not allow us to check in early. And they were closed on our day of arrival. This is unprofessional.
