Happy to overcharge you!

Booked online for a £49, 30 minute repair for a phone screen. Arrived at store to be told it was £65 and one hour. When I showed the email I was told that if you book it’s £49 but walk-ins are £65! Questioned the one hour wait and was told ‘ok, 30 minutes’. Returned after 30 minutes, phone fixed. Offered a screen protector for £10, which I turned down. I was then told it was only £5! Was asked to pay cash for the repair, even though the card machine was working so that’s a red flag and then the laptop used for receipts etc ‘wasn’t working’ so I e yet to receive a receipt and any warranty. This store is happy to overcharge if you aren’t careful and the request for cash was dodgy too. Avoid!
