Brilliant experience from start to finish. From being shown houses to collecting Keys, Oceans were amazing. When looking for houses, Matt had the hardest job. That being said he was patient with us, he did insist we view a house, even though I wasnt keen due to viewing online. Matt told us we needed to view and not go off photos.. im glad we did as now we live in that house! Oceans communication through our long and complicated process cant be faulted. They always kept us up to date with any progress and we didnt have to chase them once (which was a first in our chain) Lovely team, cant fault them, highly recommend.
