Really poor experience
Really poor experience - I had booked to watch the Gorillaz live stream and received a confirmation code. The code wasn't recognised and I was eventually given an alternative. Our family night in watching the Gorillaz ended up being a battle to try to get the live stream to work for us. By the time we got access, the moment had been lost as had the surprise element for the children. So disappointing
