Avoid Aldi coffee machines - no support
I want to buy a spare part for my Expressi coffee machine. I've tried to do this on the website, via calls all to no avail. I just get the usual message and the run around. How can something so simple be made so complicated - Aldi are great at it though. The only solution is to bin the machine and buy something good that is different from what Aldi sells!!
