Good Experience even though Purchaser was unreasonable
Brad himself came to our home and assisted where other Agents failed to deliver. He explained the process in detail and was extremely helpful. We felt sorry for our Agent Anthony as the purchaser was not negotiable at all, pushed for a shorter settlement, wanted to view our home during our move out phase and also had large items put on the contract - to be thrown in for FREE! Really! The whole situation would have been better if purchaser had been even slightly negotiable. Have already recommended BTRE to our neighbours & friends.
