Damaged goods
Ordered a pair of trainers from my boys for Father’s Day. When arrived the one trainer was obviously from the shelf. The white was discoloured, had a yellowish colour. The other trainer brand new and very white had a security tag on. Went to the store to return only to be advised I need to call customer service. Never had a problem before with JD however this experience was less than satisfactory.
