Couldnt cancel room for a refund.…
Couldn't cancel a hotel room within 24 hours of making a reservation. Customer service is a voice generated program that is really stupid. I will never use Travelocity again. Ypu are better off calling the hotel yourself. I don't even give it 1 star.
