I wish I had read this forum before I booked and paid for my cruise in May 2022. The cruise was changed due to bad weather and we were promised a full refund. Still waiting in November. Was told to contact the agent Ozcruising and they have refunded a small fraction of what we paid with no explanation of where the rest of the refund is or why only a portion was given back. Will never book a cruise. I think its disgusting they get away with ripping people off. And not to mention the so called Medallion App which is the worst app I've ever come across. Not user friendly at all.
