This genuinely is the future for estate agents. From the outset this company established itself with the upmost of professionalism. From my initial conversations regarding process, it was clear that the team had been carefully crafted-each part of the team is highly credible, professional and enthusiastic. I was sceptical diverting from the norm, but I had to investigate as the price was SO much better. On telephoning several online companies masquerading myself as a potential buyer to 'suss' out the process, Sellmyhome stood apart from other online companies with its ease of booking and professionalism. My wife and I thought we should take the leap, as we had received several weak conveyancing experiences in the past and felt we had little to lose. Viewings were organised swiftly and sensibly. The online portal is a doddle and this is backed up with telephone calls for the bookings. Potential buyers were always gently scrutinised so that we were aware of their own positions. We soon had an offer and opted for an additional service of the negotiation of handling of the sale. This was where Robbie from Sellmyhome shone. He was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He was always on point with our sale- it felt as though he was entirely dedicated just to us with the manner in which he conducted himself. At no point did we find ourselves filling him in on our situation as he always seemed aware exactly of what stage we were at. He was friendly and professional from he outset and my wife and I really can't praise him enough. So to conclude what is clearly a gushing review- use SellMyhome...ask for Robbie.... we certainly will again down the line. Take the leap folks, and save yourselves ££££
