Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I am not referring to the hotel staff but to the policy applied by Blue Sea. We had booked a room for four people on Priceline. We are a family of 5 with a little girl who has not yet turned one and, as happened in the other Hotels where we have been guests, the little girl slept with us without any kind of problem. But once arrived at the Blue Sea Costa y Jardin we got informed that they couldn't give the room to a family of 5, because the policy of the blue sea chain didn't allow it. Therefore, for a 10 month old baby who sleeps with us we had to take another room (which they wanted to sell to me at a higher price than on online websites). Room which obviously we didn't use and which looked horrible for a hotel pretending to be 4 stars! Pay Attention families with 5 members to book with them. Flexibility, a fundamental feature for those who work with tourists, is zero there! The only interest is to get rich at the expense of the tourist!
