Taken my money, then ignored me....
I've bought suki tea locally for years. Decided to treat myself to subscription. Paid the monthly fee, order shipped on 11 January and then nothing. It never arrived. Have emailed and got no response. Have messaged them on fb, and they're reading the messages and not responding. Truly awful customer service. Clearly they're happy to keep my money and just ignore my concerns. Would 100% not recommend to anyone. Left comments on their fb page, they now seem to of blocked me. Surely it would of just been easier to respond when I notified them the item was missing?
