Do not purchase any goods from Midwest Grow Kits.
Purchased a simple grow kit, everything arrived as described on 11/23. Jars were inoculated 11/25. Now, three and a half weeks later only a single jar has spawned and the rest show no signs of growth. On the contrary, the other 5 jars are observably drying out on the bottom and top. I reached out to their support email 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response. Per their Contact Us page, "We try our best to answer emails as fast as we can. Quick questions usually are answered within hours and longer complex or technical emails may take a day or two." Today I attempted to chat their customer service team. I was connected with Brian, explained the situation, Brian told me to just re-inoculate the jars and blamed the faulty jars on my spore source.. In the middle of me typing my response with a question, Brian disconnected the chat and the chat feature is no longer available on their site. The customer service has been embarrassingly bad. I will be contacting my bank to report bad service/services not rendered if my follow up email is also ignored. Steer away from this company.
