3 stars for the customer service team dynamic & stock display only. Unfortunately, I can't say I would be recommending them for the food anytime soon. Tuna Crunch baguette was extremely bland and tasteless(I think it would be enhanced by the addition of freshly grind black pepper & mustard at the very least, as for the baguette you can get a nicer tastier more flavoursome French stick in Tesco). The sweet potato bhaji & rice was only slightly improved by the fact you do get an authetic taste of South Asian cuisine. I guess you get what you pay for these days but generally & genuinely the food quality within the British Isles has slipped(I was fortunate enough to experience Bakers Oven as a child on many occasions back in the day & well, like British manufacturing & productivity we seem to be on a slippery slope, sadly - passionate craftsmanship has disappeared), somewhat dramatically declined in every area - time to bring back apprenticeships & home economics in to the national educational curriculum).
