Great service
Used Apex twice so far, and about to use them a third time. They worked fantastically, with great service and communication. Only caveat on the second shipment is that I was not notified about volume weight, so I was charged for 5kg on a 2.5Kg package that I could easily have filled up. But they owed up the mistake, and promised a discount on next shipment, so I can’t really fault them for it. I have recommended to several people in Malawi and will continue to do so.
