CSR’s were friendly and tried to help but no follow ups were ever received. We had no power after the storm last weekend and water pressure was very low. The cabin book gave a number to call for power outage but they required a phone number to report outage which we did not have. I called BRMR three times simply asking for a ETA for power to be restored so we could make a decision on staying or leaving early. Power was out 24 hours. Never received a call back at all. Right after my third call I called BRMR to report power was on. Cabin had no emergency lighting at all and the pots and pans are in great need of replacement and were even dirty.
