Unfortunately, my experience with this operator has been very negative. Customer support is only available in Italian – there is no option to communicate in English, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve any issues. They don’t respond to messages on WhatsApp, even though it’s listed as a contact method. There is no way to get in touch via email either. In the end, I had to rely on the staff at a local tabacchi shop to help me with my issue because I couldn’t get any assistance directly. Two of my phone numbers were blocked without any explanation or notice. I still can’t use the mobile app due to a system issue on their side, which remains unresolved. Overall, communication is extremely poor. Sadly, I cannot recommend this operator.
