Fast response
I was surprised how fast they responded to my email. I sent an email late at night because my visa was being delayed and I wanted to change my flight since I was unable to change it on the delta website and app. I gave them my new flight date and flights I wanted to take. They updated it within few minutes. When it was getting close to my flight time the following week. My visa was still not sent yet from the embassy. I tried changing my flight again on delta website, says “error” can’t change it. All of a sudden within 20 min without calling or emailing alternative airlines my flights was updated on the delta app. It was such a relief. I was thinking not to use them again for my future flights if I always have to contact them to change my flights due to emergency or delays with visas. But I am glad I was able to change it without contacting them since I chose none refundable tickets. That part is very important. So thanks to alternative airlines. Bravo.
