Poor customer service
Purchased a set of tires back in March 2021 and just last week I experienced a blow out on my back driver side tire, upon inspection of Firestone they could not repair due to a manufacturer defect,( bead separated from the rubber). I not only spent over a thousand dollars for this said set of tires but, I then I had to spend another $330.00 for a new one until I get the one replaced under warranty. I reached out multiple time via phone calls left voicemails, sent email, sent photos of the damaged tire. Giga tires response was, its the installers malfunction not manufacturer defect! I then went back to the shop that originally installed the tires and showed them the emails stating that giga tire was blaming them for the tire. The tire shop then inspected the tire and showed me why it failed and how it wasn’t the installation that caused it. I then reached out again for the fourth time to giga tire to send me a return label so they could actually inspect it for themself instead of determining it wasn’t a manufacturer defect by a picture. Giga tires response was they will send a return label and if it is deemed not a manufacturer defect then if I wanted the tire back I would have to pay for the return lol. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had over tires just purchased. Please look at all the review before you buy from giga tire not saying it will happen to you but I also said it wouldn’t happen and here we are.
