Well when I first started , I got my shipping box fast. Inside was a shipping label and directions on how to send my test strips. Very easy to do, I had it ready to go. I received email that they received my strips. Check will be sent to you soon. Waited a few days and there it was with a new shipping box and label for when I send my next strips out. Very fast response and I love them.
