What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience. From the moment I received the news that I had won an Audi , I was kept in touch, without being pushy , by Tom who explained every step of the procedure , and was given time to consider which option I would take. The following day!! when I went to collect the car , in case this wasn't really happening , myself my nephew and his brother in law were greeted by the fantastic team at the showroom whom were so friendly and helpful. They enthusiastically showed us around the building and were so knowledgeable about every car that was there . The three of us were like kids in a sweet shop . Also the condition of my car ,and in fact all the cars , is fantastic , and it is obvious the team were very proud of that . Following them doing all the necessary paperwork , we were on our way and as I have said before could not have wished for a better experience. Would highly recommend having a go, for such small stakes , from someone who has never won anything in their life. Thanks again to Tom and everyone involved.
