An immaculate job and a pleasure to deal with
I was recommended John and the sash window company by a number of people and I had only heard excellent things. I had previously used a few different joiners to repair/ replace corded sashes in our house and the results were mediocre. John’s work is a completely different level. It is immaculate, and very authentic for a period property. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. He took time to explain the various options that would work in our Victorian property, and communicated throughout the process. He fitted the window himself and no attention to detail was spared. He has done a beautiful job and I won’t hesitate to use him again.
