Hana Andebrehan - Delightful to communicate with
Firstly, I wanted express my gratitude and thanks to Hana; Initially, the acquisition of Centrick by John Shepherd Lettings caused slight confusion and unsettlement as of course it was something new. Hana is now our property manager and she is based in the Nottingham site for John Shepherd. Hana is a pleasure to work and communicate with, over the last few months since the acquisition any enquiry little or large I have a swift, polite response. If there is any scheduled maintenance, checks or valuations, Hana ensures to communicate in good time and is always open to questions. Any issue's you have as a tenant are quickly, delicately and politely attended to - this has made my renting experience easy and I have confidence in the team supporting the building. No household faults / issues have occurred during the time under John Shepherd but I have confidence if there was an issue this would be dealt with quickly. I would like to thank the team and especially Hana for the care and response.
