DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I pre-ordered a Transformers set in Dec, 2024. Its original price is $109, with the end of year $10 off, I paid $99 plus shipping And coming to April 2025, EntertainmentEarth sent out an email saying Tariff impacted them AND they mark up my pre-order item by $10 yes, they did. Amazon, Walmart will ensure lowest pre-order price. BBTS, they did mark up their products because of Tariff but they leave my Pre-orders untouched ONLY EE marked up on an pre-order that I placed 4 month ago And when I tried to return their item, guess what? They make up something called Shipping & Processing, Coupon Adjustments And deduct from you refund So, if you return an un-opened item, you can only get full price, minus shipping fee (customer pay) minus their blah-blah adjusment This company is literally shameless
