I had won $900 but only got $25.....
I had won $900 dollars with just playing my free play bonuses for the day and when I tried to redeem it they only redeemed 25$ out of the $900, I asked why this had happened and they said according to the rule 5.7 ,I can only redeem the 25 out of my winnings do to it being free play I asked what happened to the remaining and they said it expired once I had asked for the redemption, So I couldn't get anything back This site had my hopes up as a single mother I rilly was looking forward to that money they couldn't do anything for me I haven't had a problem with any other sites of casino so just make sure to read all the rules folks wouldn't suggest this site to any one rilly have blessed day.
