HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!
i purchased a pair of pants. Couldn't even get them over my hips. filled out the return on Friday at 4pm. my question was why if i take a return credit instead of a store credit they are deducting an additional $8.27. the auto response said they would get back within 48 hours. its now Wednesday and have yet to hear anything. Buyer be ware!!! update... finally got an answer two days ago. they use a third party return company and yes they had a calculation error, they owe me $.77 cause they supply a label for return and deduct $7.50. so when you buy, understand you lose $15.00 on your return. wont ever buy again from them. terrible customer service
