It was the most hassle free experience, I was so distressed when I made contact & I felt so much better after I done so. Alex in particular has kept me updated & well informed & he answered every query & question I put to him. He made me feel so much better as I’m going through a dreadful time with my H/A. Everyday since making contact has made me feel more & more confident about a positive outcome.
