Don't trust them to cancel policy
Cancelled my car insurance policy online with elephant back in May 2025 as id found a better deal for the following year, then found they'd taken a direct debit payment in June as an 'agent had made a mistake' & forgotten to cancel it & the policy had automatically renewed. While they've managed to cancel it now, they're still trying to take payments from me they should never have took in the first place
