Bug at the time of payment, paid twice. No refund
Upon booking the payment did not go through. I tried again, same result. Checked my mailbox, not tickets. I then went back to the home page and booked again. This time the payment went through.Only, next day I discovered that I had been charged twice for my ticket. Checked my mailbox and found two tickets in the spam. Contacting Reelax they take no responsibility for double payment related to a bug on their site.
