An abysmal service do not use it and it's offshoots cams,VIP membership and babecall. On the plus side when dealing with your genuine complaints and card refunds, customer services are very good. Make sure to retain all Ref Nos and User Names when emailing or phoning them if not hassle. Hope you have no cause to go through the lengthy process I had to and find info useful.
