Ellie - lettings
We were having major issues trying to find a short-term rental property to live in while we were having building work at our house. Ellie was very helpful in enquiring with the landlord of the property we were interested in whether they would consider a short term let, and luckily they were amenable to that. Thanks to Ellie's listening skills and open-mindedness to our situation, a potentially very stressful situation for us has been avoided and we now have the security of knowing we have somewhere suitable for our family to live while our home is renovated.
