Confusing
Good customer service but very confusing system. I signed in with apple ID on the jetpac website and I bought the 5GB package for italy. Unfortunately i did not receive any email containing my e-sim so i contacted the customer service. I was in contact with two different experts at two different times. Unfortunately my apple ID caused my email to be hidden so i couldn’t find it, plus the app isn’t available to be downloaded in my region. Pau, the second expert was excellent, tried their best to help and find a solution. Unfortunately it was too complicated so i asked for a refund and Pau issued it to me very quickly. Although the website needs an apple ID and app availability disclaimer, Pau was very helpful and understanding.
