I’m prepared to update my rating but at the moment I feel mixed. I actually wanted to wait until I’d been on the booked holiday before writing a review but now finding myself writing before. I have to say at the start planning my first trip with Kyle was excellent. Very responsive and very helpful and very quick to reply. Now the holiday is booked I’ve raised a couple of questions since nothing major and also enquired about another holiday. I have to say….since my original booking the service has gone downhill drastically. I might be waiting a week for a reply. Whereas before it was minutes. I was definitely impressed to start with and now I’m starting to worry about the actual holiday either that or they don’t want more business from me.
