Blackacre are absolutely brilliant
You don’t often plan to need a Right to Light surveyor, so when you do it’s can be quite stressful, so feeing you are in calm, capable, knowledgeable hands is critical. Ben is all this and also brilliant. He helped us with a Right to light claim and was really proactive giving fantastic advice and solicitor options. When we redesigned he also had a look at it for us to make sure there would be no further problems. We highly recommend Ben and Blackacre for any RoL issues you may have or think you might have.
