Do not deliver on their promise
My experience so far: - Orders getting lost without an explanation and subsequently delayed. - Their transporter (postNL) that they have chosen deliver late, or at another address without a word of explanation. If you expect something on time at a specific place which should be their core business then go to somewhere else...
