My phone was stolen and a number of fraudulent transactions have occurred via my bank and this was one of those . But despite trying to contact Build and Plumb and the delivery company DX on the 17th Sept neither responded to me in time and then two days later the goods were delivered to the person who stole my phone. I am not impressed as i tried very hard to contact the companies and prevent this and now i cant get a refund as the goods were delivered . Hopefully action fraud will resolve but this has made a very bad situation even worse . There needs to be an easier way to contact these companies other than complete web page forms
