Twigby, is THE BEST truly affordable phone service out there HANDS DOWN! Why? 1. affordability in service & phones 2. choose your own service plan, buy only what YOU need. 3. easy automatic payments 4. customer service instant chat option, for super quick problem resolutions, hidden in the FAQs link - the only flaw is I wish there was a direct link to "contact us". 5. flawless service, no dropped calls, clear calls, instant texts, etc. 6. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS - ANNIE - who found me a better service plan, of unlimited talk & text, for only $1.00 more than my current plan of a 300 minute limitation, so, absolute talk & text freedom, for only around $12 a month. Not only that, she put me on a promo deal, of 3 months on the new plan for about half the price I was currently paying, saving me about $15.00 - $5.00 savings each of 3 promo months. Then the new non promo cost, will revert to only being $1.00 more than I was paying, which was $11.47 a month, for limited talk, of 300 minutes per month, with unlimited text. I started a chat because my phone had no service for about a week. I thought it was due to me going over those 300 minutes. Apparently, it was just a glitch, and turning the phone off and then back on fixed it. So try that 1st, if u have an issue.
