Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Disgusted with their service. 2 appointments booked in for my yearly gas safety certificate and noone turned up for either even though I had confirmation on the day more than once that an engineer had been allocated my job. I've been trying to book it for 2 months. I only have to stay with them because of my landlord. Otherwise I would have chosen someone else!
