Really bad customer service!
I orderd a bed frame, headboard and footboard. The bed frame came completely scratched up, with no protective wrapping. I took pics and sent them within an hour of receiving everything. Also, the nuts and bolts were left out of the order. It took me 19 emails and 3 weeks to finally get a response offering me another bed frame or a credit (that did not cover the cost of a new frame) I took the credit so the relationship could be ended. Took another week to get the credit. Very frustrating and uncaring management. I noted in a final email that the manager needs some work in the area of customer service and never got a response to that. Will stick with Amazon!!
