I was Leary about inquiring about your products but in the end I thought I was going to make the right choice even though I hadn’t searched out other competitors. I also was Leary about the setup by myself. I managed just fine except I didn’t know why or whento shut down the medic alert so I phoned and got all the answers to my questions and felt assured that I was comfortable to just start wearing my device.
