Refund waiting time is unacceptable
The website offers a great range of products from a number of brands but unfortunately their delivery costs and returns policy really let's them down and I will think twice about ordering from them again. I returned something on 31st July which I had confirmation had been received on 6th August so nearly 3 weeks ago. I appreciate that it states on their website to allow 14 working days for a full refund but I just find this simply unacceptable. There are other companies, of a more discount kind, where you receive a refund with 48 hours. I feel it's really unfair that as customers we have to pay so much for delivery and then wait so long for a refund. Sort this out Silk Fred! You'll lose customers.
