Delivery updates required
Despite the website clearly stating that the local branch would be in touch to arrange delivery, no communication whatsoever was forthcoming until 3pm on the day of delivery. Most suppliers provide a 2 hour delivery window or at least an am or pm slot. but the Merthyr branch have on 3 separate occasions failed to provide delivery updates either by text or e-mail. As it is the project I was hoping to complete will now be delayed. Totally disgusted by this lack of information. Also, driver Wiktor was extremely rude upon delivery
