Smart meter scam, dishonest and no respect
Worst customer service. I asked for help with a payment issue, and somehow they tried to raise my bill by over 40%. Random billing? Huh? Their so-called smart meter showed 80+ litres per hour, every hour, from midnight to midnight on a full day — when no one was even home. I gave them clear evidence, and they completely ignored it. No way the smart meter isn't at fault. Just kept repeating “it’s a leak". Loads of people complained about faulty smart meter and being overcharged. It feels like no one can stop them. Is there any authority that actually holds them accountable? Total waste of time dealing with these people. Rubbish service.
