Very Poor Quality
24/07/2023 - Final update - they gave me a full refund but what a hassle getting it sorted. 17 Jul 2023 Update - spoke with customer services (3rd time) who verbally agreed to offer a full refund (in the next 7 days). I asked for an email to confirm (Louise confirmed whilst on the phone (twice) it had been sent) but for some very strange reason it never arrives in my inbox or junk mail. Now when I call no one answers. Keep you posted!! 22/06/2023 The boot liner did not fit which is unacceptable. Worryingly and most concerning, they dismissed without consideration my complaint about the toxic odour coming from the product. This, above all, was most disappointing and has alarm bells ringing!! Customer services was not to the required standard and must be improved. I have requested a full refund which is pending their approval!
