Cosmo Newcastle
Cosmo Newcastle. Lovely defo and very bright area where the food is located. Staff very friendly. Food was nice. Nothing to rave about but good variety and seafood was great. Prawns were huge and cooked lovely. Staff were not very attentive to clearing plates so I found myself with a pile of plates while trying to eat. We went at 4 and there wasn’t any bread out and a few items were not replenished but I figured out this was due to the dinner service starting. This shouldn’t have affected the amount of food though as there still should of been a restock on all items. Guy on the grill had a language barrier. Asked for squid and scallop, got steak and scallop. We had a lovely afternoon and the food was good, it’s a new restaurant so I understand teething problems and the price is ok £18.99 but the sushi prawns and choice of grill is why this is so pricey for a buffet. However having bottomless drink option is really good £3.95 so this helps I think when you have a large family.
