Really enjoying the Osmio Zero machine
Got the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis water filter benchtop machine and have been using it for about 4 months in London area. The product is great and the service I got from the company has been very detailed and responsive. So, very happy overall. Pros: - machine works great - water tastes better - instructions are very clear and it's easy to operate - I was worried about carbon heating element using more electricity but I haven't noticed any change in my electricity bills, so all good Cons: - The heating temperature knob could be designed a bit better as it's sometimes temperamental (doesn't always register the push or resets back to cold water too fast), but this is a rather minor hassle - if you live in hard water area you will need to descale it every 3 months as limescale will start accumulating Overall very happy and really glad with the purchase. Went for the extended 5 year warranty just in case.
