Sadly this is still ongoing. I live with disability. A charity kindly purchased a greenhouse for me and I my son to help us cope with lockdown- from July 2020. Customer service have been cruel and unkind. Missing parts yet they have tried to drag information that they could easily find but I struggled with and they refuse to send the missing parts until we fulfil their detailed questioning. I’m so tired and depressed by it all yet cannot get a refund as I’d get less because there’s missing parts. Unbelievably cruel company. When this is over I would avoid this company as they have no heart.
