Negative reviews are counter productive as people rarely leave positive reviews. This leaves an online trail of negative reviews where a company may actually be excellent. This appears to be the case here with Edzell Property Management. I have been using this company for over 15 year to manage my portfolio and I have never had any issues whatsoever. They always seek my approval for works before they are carried out, unless it is an emergency when they take care of everything for me. They use their own in house workmen to keep my expenditure down. They always provide me with a monthly statement of income and expenditure. Timothy and his team really are the experts when it comes to letting properties in Glasgow and before you read these negative reviews and believe them I would urge you to contact them and make your own mind up. Thank you A Happy Landlord
